  • Cancellation and Return Policies:

    Each item is hand made.  I will accept cancellations up to 3 hours of ordering if I have not started working on it.  All Sales are final on custom orders if I have begun the project.  Please contact me as soon as possible to adjust or cancel your order.  Please insure to double check all engraving information for accuracy before submitting your order.

    In the event that your order was damaged in shipping please inform me within 24 hours of delivery.  Please email a photo of the damaged item to include the packing.  Please do not disregard item or packaging until claim is completed.  Free replacement is available.
