    Hand-Made Item.  Made to order. Each glass is hand made through a process called Sand Carving. Sand Carving produces an elegant permanent deep etch into the glass that can not be replicated by any other method. Please specify any special requests in your order ie. Personalization (name), color, and glass choice. I usually ship out within a few business days depending on my workload. Please let me know if you need it sooner. Ask about bulk order discounts.     Each glass is hand picked for the highest of quality.  Glass in it self at times is not perfect so slight inperfections may be present.  Please let me know if you have any problem with your order.

  • RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    Goods are inspected thoroughly before shipment and packed securely to ensure safe delivery. However if damage does occur, all goods will either be repaired, replaced or refunded. I need to be provided with a picture of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, as I have to submit it to the postal service within this time frame. Please hold on to all items and packaging until notified otherwise. 

    I want all customers to be completely satisfied, if you are unhappy with your item I will be happy to replace it with an item of like cost (minus shipping) once the item is shipped back to me. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

    The only exception to this rule is for custom orders. Unfortunately personalized items cannot be resold therefore there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Please read the custom listing carefully before placing the order.

    Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing however, most items ship out with in a few days depending on my workload.  PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED IT SOONER.  Most items ship 2-3 day USPS.
