Goods are inspected thoroughly before shipment and packed securely to ensure safe delivery. However if damage does occur, all goods will either be repaired, replaced or refunded. I need to be provided with a picture of the damaged item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery, as I have to submit it to the postal service within this time frame. Please hold on to all items and packaging until notified otherwise.
I want all customers to be completely satisfied, if you are unhappy with your item I will be happy to replace it with an item of like cost (minus shipping) once the item is shipped back to me. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
The only exception to this rule is for custom orders. Unfortunately personalized items cannot be resold therefore there are no cancellations, refunds or exchanges on custom orders. Please read the custom listing carefully before placing the order.
