Each item is hand made. Cancellaitons will be accepted up to 3 hours after ordering. All sales are final on custom orders if I have begun the project. Please contact me as soon as ossible to adjust or cancel your order. Please double check all engraving information for accuracy before submitting your order.
In the event that your order was damaged in shipping please inform me within 24 hours of delivery. Please email a photo of the damaged item to include the packing. Please do not dispose of the item or packaging until claim is completed. Free replacement is available.
If you are unhappy for any reason I would like to know. I pride myself on making handmade items that are of superior quality. I would love to hear any feedback.
